Join Rebecca with her collection of gongs for this visceral sound experience.

Drop into a deep meditative state and allow the energy of sound to wash over you and through you as you release what no longer serves.

Rebecca will open and close with other sweet sounds leaving you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

2:15 pm – 3:45 pm, please arrive at 2:00 so we can get settled into the space

Please dress in comfortable layer and bring a water bottle and whatever you need to be comfy – yoga mat, pillow/blanket, eye covering.
