ORA for Good is a community driven organization created to bring people together through meaningful events that give back.
We believe events can be more than entertainment. They can be a way to celebrate people, support local talent, strengthen communities, and raise funds for causes that truly matter.
Through ORA for Good, we organize and support charity events, fundraisers, and community initiatives across Ottawa, Gatineau, and beyond. Our events are built on respect, inclusion, and appreciation, not competition. Every project we support is designed to create positive impact while keeping the community at the heart of everything we do.
One of our flagship initiatives is the Golden ORA Dance Awards, an annual charity event that recognizes and appreciates the local dance community while donating 100% of net proceeds to charitable organizations such as CHEO Children’s Hospital.
ORA for Good works in collaboration with artists, organizers, volunteers, sponsors, and community members who share the same values, connection, kindness, and giving back.
We are not here to rank people.
We are here to recognize effort, celebrate passion, and turn good moments into good causes.

A successful ORA for Good charity event supporting CHEO Children’s Hospital
The Golden ORA Dance Awards 2026 proudly stands as one of the successful charity events organized under ORA for Good.
Held in Ottawa, this community driven event brought together dancers, instructors, DJs, organizers, volunteers, and supporters from across the Ottawa Gatineau region to celebrate passion, dedication, and local talent, all for a good cause.
More than just an awards night, the Golden ORA Dance Awards was created with purpose. Through ticket sales, sponsorships, and community support, the event successfully raised funds in support of CHEO Children’s Hospital, helping contribute to care and services for children and families in our community.
This achievement was made possible by the incredible support of our volunteers, sponsors, partners, and attendees who believed in the vision of using celebration as a way to give back.
